Baked Caesar Chicken is a rich and comforting dinner made with tender baked chicken breasts smothered in a creamy Parmesan Caesar-style sauce and finished with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Paprika

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Optionally sear briefly for color.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dried thyme.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve with the sauce.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
