Chili Garlic Noodles are a bold, spicy noodle dish made with savory garlic, ginger, and chili paste tossed with tender noodles for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

200g noodles

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp ginger, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp chili paste

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes

¼ cup water

1 tbsp green onions, chopped

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles per package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger in vegetable oil.
  4. Add sauce mixture and let it simmer.
  5. Add a splash of water and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add noodles and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Remove from heat and top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra heat, add more chili paste or red pepper flakes. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
