One-Pot Creamy Beef Pasta is an easy, comforting dinner made with seasoned ground beef, tender pasta, and a rich, cheesy cream sauce—all cooked together in one pot for minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 lb ground beef

Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

1 large shallot, chopped

1 lb rigatoni or short pasta

4 cups chicken or beef broth

1 cup heavy whipping cream

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot or skillet and cook ground beef until browned; season to taste.
  2. Add chopped shallot and cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add dry pasta and broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until pasta is tender.
  4. Turn off heat and stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken before serving.

Notes

Stir once or twice while the pasta cooks to prevent sticking. Add a splash of broth or cream if the pasta thickens too much.
